Joanne graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Biology with a minor in Psychology. She then earned her Master's in Speech Therapy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
In 2017, she began her career as a speech therapist in preschools. There, she noticed significant limitations when parents weren't involved in supporting therapy at home. This realization led her to work in hospitals, private clinics, and government-funded centers, where she could better communicate with parents.
With years of experience, Joanne joined Agents of Speech, drawn to the intensive parent coaching opportunities she had never experienced. She is dedicated to helping families build supportive environments where their children can thrive and is eager to witness the positive impact on their development.
